Restoring Your Emotional Health

The Road to Emotional Success

A new program by Dr. Mullen to assist corporations to achieve maximum productivity and the greatest return on their staff investment.

The success of any organization depends on the performance of its people. People are both the greatest strength and greatest weakness of a corporation. Performance is directly related to the emotional well being of each employee. Healthy emotions always lead to higher productivity, creativity, better working relationships, fewer disability days, lower staff turnover and happier customers.

This program is intended to improve performance, profitability, creativity and success for both the corporation and the employee through improved emotional health.

Dr. Mullen can show you how to reach this goal through the four modules described below.

Dr. Mullen introduces and describes the three pillars of our emotions.
They are:

  1. Physical conditions that affect our emotions: depression, anxiety, mood swings, the mood disorders.

  2. Spiritual emptiness that robs your daily motivation.

  3. Personality injury from damaging experiences in your past that caused you to believe career limiting lies about yourself.

At the conclusion he explains the keys to emotional success and a practical, effective method that any employer can use to improve the emotional health of an organization.

Healthy MoodsDr. Mullen explains how the current epidemic of mood disorders like depression is disrupting the workplace.

The World Health Organization estimates that by 2020 depression will be second only to heart disease as a cause of disease and disability

According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, up to one in five Canadians will be affected by mental illness during their lifetime.

  • Mental health disorders are the primary and secondary diagnosis in 60% of disability insurance claims in Canada.

  • Six percent of all employees have a mood disorder.

  • Health Canada reports that mental disorders in the workplace cost nearly 14% of the net annual profits of Canadian corporations with an annual cost of $16 billion.

Dr. Mullen explains what Mood Disorders are, how they are diagnosed and how treatment works. He then outlines a simple, easy to implement program for the early detection and treatment of mood disorders so that both disability days and corporate insurance premiums will be reduced.
