READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING A DVD DOWNLOAD.

Digital downloads will only run on Windows 98SE, 2K, ME or XP. It is not yet
available for Apple Macintosh.

You must have a high speed broadband internet connection. Allow up to 45 minutes for download and file opening, these are very large files.

The files are in .exe format so they may be blocked by spam or antivirus filters.

Before you order, test your connection and computer with our free DVD Test
download. When you open the Test download, you will be asked to register the
test with your email address to unlock it. If the test runs properly then
your system will run our full length DVD’s.

DO NOT USE A HOTMAIL OR AOL EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN REGISTERING ON OUR SHOPPING CART. They routinely block our email so you may not be able to receive the order confirmation email or security codes.

To test your email address and see if we have been blocked from contacting you, just resubscribe to our newsletter on the home page and see if you get the new subscriber's welcome letter.You will not receive duplicate newsletters.

Downloads can only be purchased with Paypal, our secure online credit card
processor. YOU MUST SELECT PAYPAL during checkout or you will not receive
your password to open the DVD.

After downloading a purchased DVD, its icon will appear on your desktop.
When you open it, you will be asked for a username and password which is
sent to you by email after purchasing. It will also ask for your name and
email address.

You must be connected to the internet whenever you open the DVD file. It checks each time to confirm your ownership.

The DVD will only play on the computer where it was registered. You can register up to 2 computers. If you need more registrations, please contact us.
