Am I Normal? Assess your mental health with our quick Self TestLibrary Main Page

If you have come to this page, chances are you've heard, seen, or read something that has made you think that you or someone you love might
be suffering from a mood disorder.

There is no reliable medical test to determine if someone has a treatable mood disorder. We do however, have checklists of symptoms that you can compare yourself to. If you or your loved one answer yes to several of the listed questions, you may have the disorder. Don't let this discourage you! All of these disorders are treatable through both medication and counseling. There is hope, but the journey starts by knowing the truth.

If you have many of these symptoms, then you should take the list of your symptoms to your doctor and discuss your situation with him. Only he can tell you if you have a mood disorder that can be treated.
